He was predeceased by: his parents, Williard Lee Baxter and Virginia Baxter (Erwin). He is survived by: his wife Rose Baxter; his sons, Paul Baxter, Daniel Baxter and Mark Baxter; and his siblings, Williard Wayne Baxter, Dale Baxter and Sheryl Cunningham. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
