She was predeceased by: her parents, James Masters and Lela Weisinger Masters; her husbands, Herbert E. Cummins and Floyd R. Rials; and her brothers, J. D. and Cab.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey Cummins of Beaumont, Texas and Denise Cummins (Brenda Macal) of San Antonio, Texas; her grandchild G. W. Smith (Kathy) of Fannett, Texas; and her great grandchild Kamryn Smith. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
