It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra McNeel of Vidor, Texas, born in Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughter Judy Routly of Aledo, TX; and her brothers, Joel Hayes of Vidor, TX, Timothy Hayes of Broaddus, TX and Everett Hayes of Jasper, AR. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
