He is survived by: his wife Tricia Hanson Higgins of Vidor, TX; his children, Brett Higgins of Vidor, TX, Jason Higgins (Jennifer) of Vidor, TX and Amy Garcia (Elias Jr.) of Beaumont, TX; his siblings, Mike Higgins (Tina), Donna Wilcox (Larry) of Vidor, TX and Kathie Prosperie of Lumberton, TX; his siblings-in-law, Brandi Lavergne (Brad) of Vidor, TX, Trent Hanson (Natalie) and Tony Hanson (Miranda); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Addison, Connor, Landon and Grayson; his friend Billy Simmons; and his sister-in-law Pat Higgins.
