He is survived by: his sons, Ron Merrell (Amanda) of Vidor, TX, Rodney Merrell (Rona) of Vidor, TX and Michael Merrell of Vidor, TX; and his brothers, Marlin Merrell of Bridge City, TX and Jerry Merrell of Flatwoods, LA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor (1750 TX-12, Vidor, TX 77662).
