With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny Lynnette Covel of Vidor, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on September 26, 2020 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Kipling Ray, Sr. and Betty Ledger Ray; and her brothers, Terry Lee Ray and Ronny Earl Ray. She is survived by: her daughter Sydney Covel of Vidor; and her siblings, Kay Sutton (Steve) of Coushatta, Kelly Trahan (Michael) of Winnie and Keith K. Ray, Jr. of Port Acres. She is also survived by two nephews and two nieces.
