He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen Parker Fowler and Billy Fowler, Sr.; and his granddaughter Sunnie-Rose Marie Gernon. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Fowler; his children, Michael Daniel (April) of Vidor, Morgan Williams of Vidor, Danelle Jimenez of Woodville and Jacob Fowler of Woodville; and his siblings, Billy Fowler, Jr. (Sarah) of Conroe, James Fowler of Temple, Patricia Fowler of Kountze and Eric Fowler of New York. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
