He was predeceased by: his wife LaNell Ballard; and his siblings, Cliff Ballard, Catherine Pharis and Gertrude Philp. He is survived by: his children, Karen McRight and Mark Ballard; and his sister Margaret. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
