He is survived by: his wife Cindy Simmons; his children, Valerie Kennedy (Joshua) of Conroe, TX, Micheal Ray Simmons, Jr. of Vidor, Kelly Simmons (Debbie) of Beaumont and J. R. Prichard of Vidor; and his siblings, Shelia Styers of Clearfield, PA, Mona Mack of Austin, TX and Pat Simmons (Vanessa) of Vidor. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
