He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Welborn; his children, Paul (Gina Welborn), Sherry (Henry Norris), Mary (Jeremy Kelone), James (Jessica Welborn), Benjamin (Elissa Welborn) and Lori (Jimmy Duvall); and his siblings, James Stephen Welborn, JoAnne Ledger and Mark Welborn. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
