He was predeceased by: his daughter Rebecca Pendley; and his siblings, Dallas Pelly, Della Mott and Nina Prejean. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Pelly; his children, Stacy Rector (Mike) of Bridge City and Anthony Pelly of Vidor; and his grandchildren, Preston Rector and Emilee Pendley. He is also survived by several Nieces and nephews.
