She is survived by: her husband Danny Hazen; her children, Makayla Hazen (Aaron Biano) of Beaumont, Matthew Hazen of Vidor, Jeremy Hazen of Vidor and Joshua Hazen of Vidor; her grandmother Eula Mae Bowers of Lumberton; her mother Lynda Darlene Leach of Vidor; her sister Jamie Holmes (Jarrod) of Hamshire; her aunt Katie Bowers of Lumberton; and her mother-in-law Adeline Flint (Jim) of Savannah, MO. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
