She was predeceased by: her husband Rodney Phillips; and her sisters, Mona Harrington and Sharon Campbell. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Maddox of Vidor, TX and Brandi Chiappi of Bridge City, TX; her sisters, Patricia Morris of Beaumont, TX and Wanda King of Caney, KS; her grandchildren, Amber Johnson and Andrew McCabe; her great grandchildren, Lexi, Loralie, Lailee and Lathan; and her family Kathi.
