He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Christine; his granddaughter Haley Young; and his siblings, Helen, Dan, Mary, Mack, Wayne and Ronnie.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Holden of Vidor, TX; his sons, Wesley Holden of Houston, TX, Aaron Young (Laurie) of Lumberton, TX, Alan Young (Wendy) of Lumberton, TX and Damon Young (Michelle) of Vidor, TX; his sisters, Linda Nelson, Kay Davis, Brenda Butler of Vidor, TX and Rita Dorn (Lonnie) of Vidor, TX; his grandchildren, Desiree Young, Madeline Young, Cryslynn Bowers (Jacob), Austin Young and Camden Young; and his great grandchildren, Millie and Mia Bowers.
