He is survived by: his son David Bertrand of Beaumont, TX; and his siblings, William Robert Ross Jr. (Judy) of Midland, TX, Matthew Ross (Emily) of Beaumont, TX, Julana Phenix (Ken) of Colorado Springs, CO and Laura Price (Lee) of Rexburg, ID.. He is also survived by two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
