He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Isgate Taylor and Thomas A. Taylor, Jr.; his former wife Mary Norsworthy Taylor; his son Michael A. Taylor; his grandson Adam G. Bothwell; and his siblings, Jessie Taylor, Harold Taylor, Fern Lippincott, Ruth Carnahan, Estelle Rogers, Irene Bagget and Phyllis Ann Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Taylor; his daughter Pamela O'Dowd (Michael) of Spring; his stepdaughter Natalie Lockhart of Vidor; his mother-in-law Norma Harriman of Vidor; his grandchildren, Molly O'Dowd, Bridget O'Dowd and James Bothwell; his great grandchildren, Aislyn Bothwell and Soloman Bothwell; and his pets, Carley, Tris, Ginger, Skeeter, Marmalade, Honey, Moonbeam, Ariel and Mandy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
