He is survived by: his wife Patricia Segura of Vidor, TX; his children, Stacy Lee of Texas City, TX, Donald Cogswell of Vidor, TX, Paul Segura of Orange, TX, Tiffiny Maurer of Vidor, TX, Beth Resha of Orange, TX, Lisa Coutee of Vidor, TX and Charles Mizell of Vidor, TX; and his siblings, Larry Segura of Fort Bolivar, TX and Ferylyn Segura of Texas City, TX. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
