He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann McNeely; his children, James Jacob McNeely (Gidget), Tracy Lynn Marlow (DK), Erin Sue Wood (Mark) and Morgan Lee Matzner (Jason); his siblings, Jonathan McNeely, Mark "Buck" Kelley, Billy Gene Kelley and Dee Ann Jackson; his grandchildren, Madelynn "Maddie" Brown (Zach), Hannah Marlow, Jacob Marlow, Mark Isaac Wood, Reagan McNeely, Deborah McNeely, Justin McNeely, Crystal Ann Dixon (David) and Abigail Sonnier; his great grandchildren, Bayleigh, Luci Ann, Freya and Atlas; and his pet Teddy Girl.
