It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Garfield Zinn III of Vidor, Texas, who passed away on August 28, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Garfield Zinn, Jr.; his uncle J. T. Simmons; and his grandparents, Gladys McKinney, Pete Simmons, James Garfield and Dorothy Zinn.
He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Simmons Zinn (Ray) of Vidor; his daughter Destiny Traster (Dylan) of Beaumont; his fiancé Nerissa of Vidor; his partner's child Breanna Hunter; his siblings, Dan Zinn, Sr. (Jerri Ann Stains) of Vidor and Jenny Zinn-Dantzler; and his granddaughter Sophia Traster.
