It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Keith Browne of Vidor, Texas, born in Ballinger, Texas, who passed away on June 16, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Alethia Browne. He is survived by: his wife Betty Browne; his sons, Keith Netterville (Diane) of Palestine, TX, Craig Netterville (Linda) of Lumberton, TX, Mark Netterville (Vicky) of Vidor and Joe Miller of La Fayette, GA; his siblings, Micky Browne (Jeannie) of Seminole, TX and Claudia Herring (Don) of Houston; and his cousin Ray Herrington of Odessa, TX.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
