He is survived by: his wife Margie Dowers of Vidor, TX; his children, Roger (Betty Dowers) of Kirbyville, TX and Stefanie (Michael Collins) of Vidor, TX; and his siblings, Dorothy Richardson of Kirbyville, TX, Claude Dowers of Vidor, TX and J. L. Carrell of Houston, TX. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
