It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Kenneth McGilbery II of Vidor, Texas, born in Kirbyville, Texas, who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Kenneth McGilbery and Freda (James); his wife Corine "Cozy" McGilbery of Vidor; his children, Wesley Lockwood, Kim of Kirbyville, Jessica Landry of Vidor, Anthony Lockwood, Chanel Emerson of Vidor, Megan McGilbery of Kirbyville and Britney McGilbery of Kirbyville; his son-in-law Gerald "Shorty" McCoy; his siblings, David McGilbery of Kirbyville, James McGilbery of Kirbyville, Alan McGilbery (Mary), Marilyn Boone of Jasper, Angela Richardson and Ryan of Denton; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Hunter, Aubrie, Leslie, Trystin, McKenna, Gemma, Noah and Langston.
