He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Porter and Patsy Porter. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Winchester (Shane) of Vidor, TX, Karen Mangan (David) of Lacey, WA, Krista Spoonemore (Hayden) of Sulphur, LA and Emalie Jones of Vidor, TX.; the mother of his children Charlotte Verrett of Beaumont, TX; his siblings, Doug Porter (Susan) of Beaumont, TX and Cindy Porter of Beaumont, TX.; and his grandchildren, Jordyn Fowler, Nathan Winchester, Emma Winchester, Olivia Mangan and Ava Spoonemore. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Christian Care Center of Vidor in honor of Gary's dedication to serving others.
