He is survived by: his children, Charles Garbs of Hemphill, TX, Jeff Garbs of Los Angeles, CA, Betty Garbs of Orange, TX and Melissa Reynolds of Vidor, TX. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
