She is survived by: her sons, Karl Wayne Smith (Billie Rose Smith) of Spurger, Texas, John Eddie Smith (Karen Lynn Smith) of Hemphill, TX and Gilbert Lee Smith (Patricia Smith) of Vidor, TX.; her sister Barbara Culp of Claremore, OK.; her grandchildren, Natalie, Valerie, Hillary, Keegan, Keelie, Billy, Brooke and Beaux; and her great grandchildren, Jacelyn, Hayden, Brenden, Jansen, Madelyn, Macy and Olivia.
