She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Coulter and Ima Coulter (Dean); her husbands, Elwood Boulet and Doug Nelms; and her children, Thomas Richard "Ricky" Boulet and Felecia Nelms Johnson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Colby, Risa Nelms, Calida, Josh Dunnehoo, Ashley, Robbie Garrett, Nicholas, Leisha Johnson, Mahlon, Heather Butler, Cole, Aimee Nelms, Cord, Shelby Fling, Callie, Donavon Weldon, Tucker Peddy and Rhett Peddy. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
