It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Louise Settle of Vidor, Texas, who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Settle; her children, Michael Settle and Pam Burkett; and her brother Allen Horn. She is survived by: her children, Ronald Settle of Vidor, TX, Phyllis Hurlburt of Orem, UT and Toni Mitchem of Vidor, TX.; and her siblings, Helen Kasper of Beaumont, TX, Ann Bailleaux of Vidor, TX and George Horn of Florida. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor (1750 TX-12, Vidor, TX 77662). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ebenezer Cemetery (400 Co Rd 62, Jasper, TX 75951).
