He is survived by: his wife Anita Fountain of Vidor; and his children, Kristie Montegut (Jason), Daniel Fountain (Brandy) of Pineland, TX and Darren Fountain (Jessica) of Mauriceville, TX. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
