He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Truman Perry; and his siblings, Truman E. Perry, Joe D. Perry and Mary E. Linscomb. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Riggs Perry of Vidor; his daughter Elisha R. Fore of Kountze; his wife Louise Arthur; his daughter Milli Malmberg (Kevin) of Vidor; his sister Patricia Lawrence of Vidor; his grandchildren, Trisha Phillips, Brittany Hock (Scott), Victoria Powell (R. J.), Kerra Fore, Amethyst Guin, Melody Hinson and Stephen Malmberg; and his great grandchildren, Emillie Guin, Bryson, Casen Powell, Dakota Davenport and Robert "Bobby" Powell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pine Forest Baptist Church (4800 N Main St, Vidor, TX 77662).
