He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Wayne Woods Sr. and Ivy Rogers Woods; his former wife Annie Mae Woods; his son Royce Mark Holden Woods; his sisters, Bobbie Nash Woods and Nancy Lou Woods; and his sister-in-law Mary Woods.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Hossley Woods of Vidor, TX; his daughter Susie Woodham (Jim); his brothers, Edgar Wayne "Bubba" Woods and Dewey Thomas "Tommy" Woods (Patricia); and his grandsons, Ryan Woodham, Christopher Gibson, Jeremy Woods, Toby Woods, Mark Bradley and Joe Brandon.
