He is survived by: his sons, Steve (April) and Jim (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Josh Hammock (Roxana Hammock), James Hammock (Lisa Hammock), Jordan Goldsmith (Garrett Goldsmith), Samantha Shattuck (Hunter Shattuck) and Eva Hammock; his son Donnie Hammock (Tiffany); and his granddaughter Julia.
