He was predeceased by: his sons, Kenneth and Leroy Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Betty Perkins of Vidor, TX; and his children, Norma Perkins (Anthony) of Vidor, TX and Dale Perkins (Amy) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
