He was predeceased by: his son Jason "Jay" McIntosh; his brother Billy McIntosh Coty "Reggie" McIntosh; and his nephew Blake Sirmons. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry McIntosh (Peggy) of Vidor, TX and Nancy Ardis; his niece Kelly (Justin Gould) of Vidor, TX; his sister-in-law Becky McIntosh of Vidor, TX; his close friend Johnny Ray Norwood; and his grandchildren, Carson Stinnett, Brandon Kelley and Jayson "Jag" Crews. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
