He was predeceased by: his son Wayne Fulbright. He is survived by: his wife Anne Fulbright of Vidor, TX; his daughters, Debbie Plaia (Jerry) of Port Neches, TX and Celeste Walker (Jason) of Beaumont, TX; his brother Larry W. Fulbright; his grandchildren, Paige Ehrlich (Chris), Joshua Lista, Lauren Goodhue (John), Shelby Plaia and Jaycee Walker; and his great grandchildren, Kayley Goodhue, Harper Corkran, Carter Ehrlich and Olivia Ehrlich.
