He is survived by: his children, Charles "Chuck" Elton Harvey Jr. (Debra) of Austin, TX and Ginger Gayle Oulapour (Abbas) of Vidor, TX.; and his grandchildren, Charles Ian Harvey (Rebecca), Ashley Oulapour Nele (Tony), Patrick Dylan Harvey (Aleece) and Alex Juston Oulapour (Pla).
