She was predeceased by: her father John H. Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Michael Simmons of Groves, TX and Makayla Laurell Sirmons of Vidor, TX; her brother John Fowler of Vidor, TX; her mother Pam Fowler of Vidor, TX; and her stepgrandson Raylan Tuff Sirmons. She is also survived by numerous cousins, and also nieces, and a nephew.
