He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kheang Bun Soeung and Marlen Soeung; and his brothers, Adrian Soeung, Maddox Soeung and Damian Soeung. He was also cherished by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, extended family.
