It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lincoln of Vidor, Texas, born in Commerce, Texas, who passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Betty may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Hancock and Myrtle Hancock (Andrew "Andy" Lincoln). She is survived by: her sons, James Zumwalt (Sarah) of Beaumont and Michael Zumwalt of Pleasure Island; and her stepchildren, John Lincoln (Cheryl) of Rosharon, Steve Lincoln, Alex Lincoln and Angela Lincoln of Texas. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren and her 2 great grandchildren.
