She is survived by: her husband Martin Lafayette Lewis Jr. of Vidor, TX; her son Martin Lafayette Lewis III of Vidor, TX; and her siblings, Mary Forward, Michael Rohde and Timothy Rohde. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
