She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Horace Franklin and Alta Franklin; her husband Joseph Brady Brown; and her sons, Ricky Brown and Mark Brown.
She is survived by: her daughter Mishelle (Charles Graham); and her grandchildren, Brandi Hicks, Benjamin Brown, David Brown, Jeffrey Brown, Erica Boutte, Dr. Brittany Graham of Ashley Hladek, JD and Dr. Gabriel Graham. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
