Guidry; her mother Karyn Lewis of Vidor, TX; her sisters, Samantha Lucas (Jacob Lucas) of Kyle, TX and Haley Lewis Marley (Cody Marley) of Vidor, TX; and her grandparents, Linda Burnett of Vidor, TX and Douglas (Cherry Kerr) of Vidor, TX. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
