It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Harvey Hough of Victoria, Texas, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Hough and Ann Elizabeth Tullis Hough; his siblings, Evelyn Cunningham, Lorette Mullen, Joyce Hough, Donald Hough, David Hough, Amzi Hough and Nancy Jane Hough; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Hough; his mother-in-law Katherine Long; and his brother-in-law Memory C. Long.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Hough; his children, Cathi Hopping (Jim), Billy Hough (Jean), James Hough (Rebecca) and Tom Hough; his grandchildren, Ryan, Gabrielle and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Kamron, Ryleigh, Jedidiah, Harvey, Sophia and Everly; his sisters-in-law, Vera Hough, Nancy R. Hough and Shirly Hough; and his cousins, Xavior Fossati and Gloria Borreca.
