She was predeceased by: her parents, Santos Leal and Ester Perez; her husband Primitivo Lara; her children, Norma Linda Lara and Daniel Lara; and her siblings, Felix Leal, Santos Leal, Pedro Leal, Abraham Leal, Chonita Galindo, Teresa Mendoza and Petra Duenez.
She is survived by: her children, Rosalinda Perez, Carolina Sanchez, Joe Lara and Adolph Lara; and her siblings, Edward Leal, Antonio Leal, Ester Gonzales, Libby Ramirez, Stevie Reyna, Isabel Ornelas and Mary Jane Leal. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Beginnings Church (301 Alcoa Dr, Port Lavaca, TX 77979). A rosary was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
