He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Motal, Sr. and Annie Jurena Motal; his sisters, Annie Mary, Beatrice Dieringer and Pauline Sturm; and his brothers-in-law, Shelton Dieringer, Herman Sturm and Wayne Dierlam.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Motal; his children, Amanda Allen (Robert), Sarah Chumbley (Boot) and Kyle Motal (Micayla Andrews); his grandchildren, Brady, Kimber Allen, Nolan and Audrey Chumbley; his siblings, Frank Jr. Motal (Georgia) and Evelyn Dierlam; and his brother-in-law Wayne Innocenti (Deborah). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
