He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Tullis (Jody); his sons, Steven Kolar (Karen), Brian Tullis (Kathy), Dean Tullis (Michelle) and Dale Kolar (Amber); his aunts, Arlene Schultz, Allie McCain and Nola Eubanks; his grandchildren, Kristin Wendel, Kari Weiser (Russell), Amanda Tullis Balderree (Justin), Jordyn, Sydney Kolar, Colt Tullis, Chandler, Blaine, Bentley, Brody and Brooklyn Kolar; and his great grandchildren, Kailyn, Landry, Mason Wendel, Kinlee, Harley Weiser, Ford and Knox Balderree. He is also survived by his family and friends, playing golf with his four sons and friends.
