He was predeceased by: his wife Stella Herring Fletcher; and his siblings, Shirley Davis, Garland Fletcher and Basil Fletcher. He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Fletcher of Victoria, TX. and Richard Aaron Fletcher (Sandra) of Eagle Pass, TX; his sister Barbara Brocious of Florida; and his grandchildren, Stephine Fletcher, Ashley Bolitho and Alex Fletcher. He is also survived by 9 great – grandchildren.
