He is survived by: his mother Floie Miami Mosby (Hill); his wife Melissa Mae Mosby (Walters); his sons, Richard "Casper" Ruthersby (Tim) of Denver and Christopher Mosby of Victoria; his siblings, John (Kim), David (Mary), Diana Burke (Gerald), Matt (Twila) and Sam (Valeria); and his brother-in-law Norman Walters (Liss). He is also survived by Uncle.
