He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Starnes of Victoria and Kelle Hill (Stephen) of Dallas; his sister Glenda Gottlich; his grandchildren, Megan Simmons, McKenzi Simmons and Morgan Simmons; his great grandchildren, Jordyn Simmons, Alice Esparza, Olivia and Greyson Pena; his nephew Gary Simons; and his nieces, Lanette Paul and Laura Hudson.
