He is survived by: his parents, Ricardo Elizade and Sylvia Trevino; his sons, Jacob Amezquita, Ricky Elizalde and Danny Elizalde; and his sisters, Diane E. "De De" Rangel (Frank) and Ada E. Cantu (Mercedi) of Houston, Texas.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
