He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Aguilar Flores and Gloria Menchaca; and his brother Richard "Rick" Flores. He is survived by: his wife Irma Garza Flores; his children, Jennifer Padron (Alejandro), Jessica Alcala (Christopher), Robert Flores (Danielle) and James Salazar; and his nieces, Christina Myers (James) and Jessica Flores. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
